Blurring the edges on a fragment of a photo or on an entire photo can be done using Photoshop in several different ways, each of which can be used to solve different problems.

Instructions
Step 1
Perhaps the easiest way, which does not require any special skills in working with Photoshop, is to use the Eraser Tool (called by pressing the E key). Select the tool, set the Brush menu to the size of the soft edged brush and paint over the edges of the object. The advantage of this method is that even the one who opened Photoshop for the first time can make the edges blurry in this way. The disadvantages include only the fact that the processing will have to be done manually.
Step 2
You can use another option, which is suitable when you need to process complex objects. Select the object using any selection tool (Lasso Tool, Pen Tool, etc.).
Step 3
Create a new layer by right-clicking and choosing Layer via Copy from the menu. Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the layer to select the object, then right-click and invert the selection using the Select Inverse command.
Step 4
Choose Modify - Feather from the Select menu and set the number of pixels to blur. Press the Delete key several times. The edges of the selected object will be blurred.
