Step 1
You can expand a local disk in two ways: "saw off" a piece from another partition, or completely merge the system area with another disk.
Step 2
Whichever option you choose, you need Paragon Partition Magic. Install it on your computer and restart it. Run the program in any mode, in the "Wizards" tab, find the item "Section extension". Select the section from which you plan to separate the area. Please note that this can only be unallocated disk space. Click Apply. The computer will reboot and continue to work in DOS mode.
Step 3
If you decide to combine two sections, then right-click on one of them and select the "Combine sections" line. Indicate the second section involved in the process. Please note that after merging, all data located on the second partition will automatically move to the system drive. Take care of their safety in advance by copying them to any other partition of the hard disk.
