It may be necessary to write off goods in an economic organization for various reasons: damage to goods, loss of quality of goods, obsolescence of goods or lack of demand in the market.
Instructions
Step 1
In the program "1C Accounting" version 8.1, the write-off of goods from the warehouse is as follows. Start the program "1C: Accounting" by double-clicking on the shortcut on the desktop. If there is no shortcut, start using the Start menu. Next, click the All Programs tab to display a list of installed software. Select the database of the organization you are currently working on and load the shell.
Step 2
Go to the menu item "Warehouse" and select the section "Inventory of goods" in the warehouse. Select the required document and open the context menu by right-clicking on the document. Select "Based on", then "Write-off". The document "Write-off of goods" you need will open.
Step 3
Check the correctness of filling in the basic data in the document: the number and date of the document, the name of the organization, select a warehouse and indicate the basis in the field below it. Next, you need to add goods to the document and indicate their quantity, as is done in invoices or invoices. This should include those goods that have a negative deviation in the inventory of goods.
Step 4
After selecting the goods, go to the "Accounts" tab. Select the required writing account from the list offered by the 1C program. Select a line item, then type "Write-off Act" and post the document.
Step 5
If no errors are found when filling out the document, and no dependencies are violated, the 1C program will write off the goods. Check the correctness of the operation and the balance of goods in the warehouse through the "Warehouse" menu item. In general, we can say that it is not difficult to write off goods from the warehouse through the software from the 1C company, the main thing is to be able to work in the program and consistently perform all operations.
