Step 2
When the new loading of the operating system starts, press the F8 key and, moving through the menu using the arrow keys, select the "Boot in safe mode" item. Press the Enter key. Remember that when using the arrows, Num Lock must be turned off.

This utility acts as a one-time tool. By the way, when it starts, it automatically puts the computer into safe mode, so when using it, you may not need to restart the PC.
Step 4
If viruses block sites with antivirus software, download the utility from a third-party resource, ask your friends to download and send you the latest version by mail, or write it down on another computer to a removable storage medium. After the infected files have been found and neutralized, but the problem has not been resolved, there can be many options for action.

For example, some viruses create registry entries, and then you need to search for them and delete them. To enter the Registry Editor, click on the "Start" button and select the "Run" command from the menu.
