Step 1
Determine immediately the type of memory you need for your laptop. You need to take exactly the RAM that will fit the connection interface on your laptop. The fact is that for laptops, there are many different pin options for RAM. There are micro-DIMM, SO-DIMM, and other variations as well. It's easier to write down all the characteristics of the memory and take it with you to the store. Or take a manual with technical specifications with you. There they will pick up the memory for your connection interface. You just need to decide on the capacity of the memory stick.

If you can afford it is better to take more RAM, as this will not only increase the speed of the laptop, but also extend the battery life. The more RAM is installed on the laptop, the less often the paging file from the hard disk works, and, accordingly, the battery lasts longer.

Now that you have decided and bought the RAM, the replacement process will begin. The process is very quick and easy. Place the laptop with the front panel facing down. It is advisable to put it on something soft, since the front panel will press against the screw while the screw is being loosened.
Step 4
The RAM compartment is located in the middle of the case, at the bottom of the back of the laptop. Remove the screw that secures the cover that blocks access to the laptop's memory. Remove this cover. Now carefully remove the memory module. Install new memory modules. You need to act carefully. The module should enter smoothly. It is impossible to install memory incorrectly. If you feel that the memory does not come into contact, do not press, try slightly changing the position of the memory bar. Which side you need to insert the RAM is clearly visible by the location of the contacts. So you shouldn't make a mistake. After installation, screw the compartment cover back.
