Step 1

Step 2
Start it up. You need to create a help file, starting with the creation of the content. In the main menu of the program, select the "Contents" option. Next, the "Content Generator" window will open, in it specify the folder with the prepared HTML files to create a file in *.chm format, enter the name and location of the future help file.
Step 3
Switch to editor mode, in which all articles will be arranged in the form of a vertical linear list. Sort articles alphabetically, edit article titles if necessary, or assign individual buttons to articles.
Step 4
To move the article, drag it with the mouse to the desired location. Go to the page properties to set the icon (right-click on the page, call the context menu, select the "Properties" item).

Create a new project ("File" - "New"). Specify the project name and save location. In the next window, specify the files to be included in the project (html and content file), then add the html files to the project. Next, the settings window will be launched, in which you can select options for the appearance of the help file. For example, go to the Buttons tab to add buttons to your file. When all the settings are selected, compile the help file with the Start button.
