Step 1
First of all, an operating system must be installed that allows you to contact support. Click the "Start" button. Next, find the "Control Panel" tab, and click on it. Open the Help and Support window.

On the left side of the Help & Support window is a Pick a Help topic list. You can find the category of interest. Next, you need to click on it. After that, a list of the most common operating system problems will appear.
