You can make a system unit from the most expensive spare parts that are on sale, but keep in mind that you will overpay 20-30 percent for their "novelty". As soon as more powerful boards appear on sale, the current ones will lose in price. At the moment, a quad-core processor, 4-6 GB of RAM, a 1-1.5 TB hard drive, a full-size motherboard based on a chipset of an older model, a disk drive and a video card 450-470 / 550-560 model with 1 GB of its own memory.

For video encoding, it is important to have at least a tri-core processor, a video card with a large supply of its own memory and a large hard drive. In addition, the more powerful you take the processor, the more expensive it is to choose a motherboard.
