Portable Document Format (PDF) is a common and convenient format for texts, tables and graphics from Adobe. Foxit is a free PDF editor. Often the task arises of combining files in Foxit into one single document.
Necessary
- -computer;
- -Foxit Reader;
- -2 PDF file.
Instructions
Step 1
Unlike the popular Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit Reader is a completely free PDF reader. In addition, Foxit Reader is convenient for viewing and editing large documents. You can download Foxit Reader from the official website, see the Resources section for a link.
Step 2
Install Foxit Reader and run it. Select the File menu on the taskbar, click the Open tab. Select two (or more) files one by one. They will open in different tabs.
Step 3
Create a new PDF document. To do this, select the Create tab from the File menu. Then copy the existing files one by one using the "Edit" menu, the "Copy to clipboard" item. Then return to the created new document, again open "Edit", "Paste from Clipboard".
Step 4
Give your document a consistent style. Font, headers and footers (bottom and top margins), margins, use of italics - all these and many other typographic features should be the same for the new document. To do this, select the entire text of the document as a whole, click on the "blue letter T" icon on the toolbar. Then you can change the font size and typeface to your liking. To change the margins, open the "View" menu of the taskbar, the "Indents" item.
Step 5
Save a single PDF file. Press the service combination Ctrl + S (or the Save As item of the File menu). Give the created document a name. You can immediately send the PDF file online by using the Quick Publish option.
