Step 1
Fonts are graphics files in special formats such as PostScript Type and OpenType. Each character in such a file is registered by pixel. The more complicated and more beautiful the letters and numbers in the font look, the larger the font file is.
Step 2
In Windows, non-standard fonts downloaded by the user are installed as follows: you need to open “My Computer”, go to the “C: /” drive, select the “Windows” folder. In this folder you will find the following folder - “Fonts”. This folder is marked with the letter "A" on the label.
Step 3
Now position the open Fonts folder window so that you can drag the file there. Hold the font file with the left mouse button and drag it. The font installation will take place, which usually takes 1-2 seconds. At this time, all programs that use text should be closed. After installing the font, launch the desired program, for example, Microsoft Word, and you will see the installed font in the list of fonts.
