Instructions

Step 1

Your application must be addressed to someone. All information about the addressee and the applicant is indicated in the upper right corner of the sheet. To make the lines in the addressee and applicant fields look even, create a table. To do this, go to the "Insert" tab, in the "Tables" section, click on the "Table" button - a menu will expand. Select the item "Draw table" in it. The cursor changes to a pencil. Draw a rectangle in the upper right corner of the document. To make the cursor regain its usual appearance, in the context menu "Working with tables" on the "Design" tab, click on the "Draw table" button with the left mouse button.

Step 2

Select the drawn table by clicking on the button in the form of intersecting arrows that appears when you move the mouse cursor over the table area. In the context menu for working with tables on the "Design" tab, click on the "Borders" button, from the drop-down menu select the "No border" item. Your table will become translucent. The edges of the table are not printed, but you can move the text inside the table to the desired place in the document. In this case, the text is moved not line by line, but entirely. You can adjust the boundaries (top, bottom and side) using the mouse: move the cursor to the face, wait for it to change its view, hold down the left mouse button, drag the face to the desired location.

Step 3

Enter the desired text in the table. First, indicate to whom you are addressing the application: position, organization name, surname and initials. We live in a cultured society, so you can supplement the address with the words "lord" or "mistress", using the abbreviations "mr" and "mrs", respectively. If working with tables seems difficult for you, adjust the position of each line on the page using the Tab key, but do not right-align the text.

Step 4

Skip a few lines by pressing the Enter key. Designate the document type, that is, enter the word "Application" (without quotes). Place it in the center of the page. To do this, select a word or place the mouse cursor between any of its letters and on the "Home" tab, click on the button with the image of lines aligned in the center, or enter the keyboard shortcut Ctrl and E. Indent the word "Statement" with the Enter key and enter the main text your statement. State the essence, add explanations to the text.

Step 5

Align the lines to the width of the page by clicking on the corresponding button in the "Paragraph" section or enter the keyboard shortcut Ctrl and J. In order for each new paragraph to be indented in the document, in the "Paragraph" section, click the button with the arrow, a new window will open … On the "Indents and Spacing" tab in the "Indent" section, use the drop-down list to select "Indent" in the "First line" field. Click on the OK button. Sign the document. On the left side of the window, indicate your position, use the Tab key to move the cursor to the right side of the document and enter your initials and surname. On the next line, mark up the date field, save and print the document. Sign the application, handwritten the date.
