Many users come across the ISO disc image format. Basically, it is a complete copy of the original media and still allows itself to be edited. For example, if you downloaded a disc image with movies or programs and you don't need some of them, you can simply delete them.

Step 1
Special programs are used to edit the disk image. One of the best of its kind programs is called UltraISO. Download it from the Internet and install it on your computer hard drive. In this case, be sure to take into account the version of your operating system and its bit depth. UltraISO is a paid app, but there is a trial period.
Step 2
Run the program. After the first launch, you will be prompted to purchase UltraISO. In this window, select "Trial period", after which the main menu of the program will open. Now you can start editing the image. First you need to select the object of editing, for which in the upper left corner of the program, click "File", then select "Open".
Step 3
Browse to specify the path to the ISO image. Select it with the left mouse click. Then click "Open" at the bottom of the window. The browse window will close. Now you will see that in the upper right window of the program a list of all files of the selected image is displayed.
Step 4
To remove an unnecessary file from the disk image, right-click on it. A context menu will appear. From this menu, select "Delete". You can also view and rename files right in this window. If you doubt whether you want to delete the file, just select "View" in the context menu, to change the name of the object - "Rename".
Step 5
To add files to the disk image, click in the program's Action menu. Then select Add Files from the list of actions. Browse to find the path to the file you want to add. Then select it with the left mouse click, then click "Open" from the bottom of the overview window. The file will be added to the image.
Step 6
Click "File" to save the image. If you choose Save As, a modified copy will be saved. If you click "Save", respectively, save the changes in the original image.
