The scrolling of pages in the Windows operating system depends on two things: the settings of the mouse and the display options of the scroll bar. To change the scrolling, you need to adjust the above two points.

Step 1
Enter the Start button menu. Select "Control Panel". A window will appear in front of you. To change the scrolling of pages, select the "Mouse" icon and double-click on it with the left button. Go to the pointer parameters tab.

Adjust the cursor movement speed so that you think it is optimal. Click the Apply button. After that, go to the tab of the same window "Mouse Buttons". Find the slider that controls the double-click speed.

Place it in the desired position. Depending on the selected location of the slider on the scale, the reaction to a double click will be faster or slower. apply the changes and go to the "Scrolling" tab. In the same way, adjust the speed of rotation of the scroller of your mouse, apply the changes.

After that, go to the "Pointers" tab. You will be presented with several standard schemes. Choose the most suitable one, or make your own, apply the changes and click the OK button. then return to the Control Panel window to continue changing page scrolling.
Step 5
Find Windows Scrollbar Options in Control Panel. It is usually found in personal data. Adjust the scrollbar settings according to your wishes and apply the changes.

Right-click in the scroll bar to bring up a context menu. In it, select "Add Widget". Several gadgets will appear that allow you to change the scrolling.

Select the ones you want, close the rest. To do this, right-click on the unnecessary application and select "Close". To change the scrolling speed, use the scroller. Click on it once and move the mouse. The speed at which the scroll bar moves will directly depend on the speed of your movements.
