Step 1
First, select the network equipment with which you will connect the two networks. To do this, you can use network hubs that are part of one of these networks. Take a network cable and use it to connect two network hubs on different networks. Do not connect multiple network hubs at once. This can lead to network failure. Make sure that there are no paired switch groups in the diagram.
Step 2
You have created a kind of channel through which computers of different networks can exchange information. Note that if you connect large enough networks, these two hubs will be quite heavily loaded. Therefore, choose a relatively powerful device. Now, configure your computers' settings to ensure a smooth exchange of information.
Step 3
First, select the network to be reconfigured. If one of them includes a router or router through which computers access the Internet, then it is wiser to reconfigure another network. Open the properties of the network adapter of one of the computers. Navigate to TCP / IP (v4) Internet Protocol Settings. Set the static value of the IP address so that it differs from the addresses of the other network only by the fourth segment.
Step 4
Now fill in the "Default Gateway" and "Preferred DNS Server" fields with the IP address of the required router. Configure other computers on this subnet in the same way. Check your sharing settings. Make sure that network discovery is enabled on all the computers you want to use. Check all public folders and files.

If you are setting up a production network, use the Read Only option for most files and directories. This will prevent you from accidentally deleting or modifying important documents.
