Step 1
First of all, you need to buy these keys, which are often called "keys" (from the English key - key). Immediately I want to warn you that it is forbidden to use someone else's licenses copied from the Internet, as well as upload your own. Such a key can be blacklisted and it will cease to work for all computers on which its presence was noticed.
Step 2
The text of the letter with the key will contain 3 lines that are most important to you: Username, Password, ExpiryDate. If you know the last value (the validity period of the current license) in any case, then the first two will always be different. The login-password pair cannot be the same.
Step 3
Run your antivirus program if you haven't already. Do not forget that Eset NOD 32 is not recommended to be turned off, viruses can sneak in at the most inopportune moment. After launch, the corresponding icon will appear in the tray. Double-click the left mouse button on this icon to open the main window.
Step 4
Press the F5 key to enter the Advanced Settings mode. Then at the top of the window you need to click on the "Settings" link, and then select "Advanced settings". In the left column of the window that opens, select "Update".
Step 5
Now in the right part of the window there is a form for entering license data - login and password. Go to the body of the email and copy the values of the Username and Password fields one by one. Then paste them into the appropriate fields in the program window and click the "OK" button.
Step 6
Close Settings and click on the Update Virus Signature Database link in the Updates section. After this action, the automatic download of signature files for your version of the anti-virus complex will start. This operation will be completed in a few minutes. The download speed of the update depends on the speed of your internet connection.
