On computer TV tuners and other cards, HF blocks are used, combined with SK and MRK, that is, the output signals of these blocks are AUDIO and VIDEO. Processes the signal VIDEO card called THEATER, incl. defines both the PAL / SECAM coding system and further color processing. There are several ways to configure these features on your computer or TV.
Instructions
Step 1
See if THEATER has a function for detecting color when changing the PAL / SECAM signal. If the automatic detection of the color system does not work, then this function may not be installed on your equipment, or it was incorrectly installed and disabled. In this case, the output will be to programmatically set what exactly needs to be decoded and which algorithm to follow. In this case, there can be no error, but knowledge of programming is required, at least.
Step 2
Check the correct programming of tuner settings for channels and PAL / SECAM / NTSC TV system when tuning channels. Each channel must correspond to its own settings, which are loaded when switching channels. In fact, not every broadcast channel will find it convenient to change the television system, for example, during the day.
Step 3
Use a TV tuner with dynamic automatic color recognition. One of these tuners is AverMedia VOKhZ. This is an external tuner equipped with VIDEO IN. When a signal changes at its video output, it is perfectly recognized by the program and processed correctly.
Step 4
Check the inconvenience of choosing the Broadcast Standard color TV system while watching TV from VIDEO IN. The issue can be partially solved by using programs for playing and recording macros. That is, you need to record 2 macros: one - switching PAL / SECAM, the other - SECAM / PAL. They will reproduce the movements of a controller such as a mouse, clicks and keystrokes on the keyboard. Thus, all your actions will be reduced to one single click on the required icon. You can also solve the issue by having a hardware switching of the color TV system on RADEON cards.
