TWRP recovery is a program that allows you to install firmware, crackers and various applications on Android devices. Not everyone knows how to use TWRP.
All alternative firmware, crackers, add-ons, custom kernels, application packages and decorations that can be installed on a phone or tablet using TWRP recovery are usually packed as zip files.
First, you need to make a full backup of the current firmware, so that later you can easily return your Android device to its original state.
The device battery must be at least 60% charged (preferably fully). Unplug it from the charger and laptop. Copy the file you want to flash to the memory card or device memory. Check - the file name must consist of numbers and Latin letters, do not contain special characters, spaces.
Perform a complete wipe using the "Wipe" item if you are installing a new firmware.
Now let's move on to the firmware:
- reboot your device to TWRP recovery;
- select the "Install" item;
- select internal memory - Use internal storage, memory card - Use external SD;
- select the required zip file;
- enable the check of MD5 checksums using the Force MD5 check on all Zips option (this is if the md5 file is included with the zip file);
- start the firmware by confirming the selection with the slider.
If you wish, you can select up to 10 zip files at the same time, they will be installed immediately together. The "Add More Zips" button will help you with this. And with the "Clear Zip Queue" button you will clear the list of selected files.
After flashing the zip files, we advise you to clean the dalvik cache and normal cache.
