Many Windows features are disabled in safe mode. First of all, what you need to know: in safe mode, only the basic drivers (mouse, monitor, keyboard) are loaded, and most are disabled (video card, network connection, sound card, etc.).

Restart your computer first.

After the screen with information about your PC (hard drives, drive, processor, RAM), or after the picture with the name of your motherboard, press the F8 key.

In the menu that appears, with the up and down arrows, select the "Safe Mode" item (if you have several versions of Windows, you will need to select the required version).
