Buying a laptop today is a common business. A modern person can no longer or does not want to do without a laptop, stationary computer or at least a tablet. But the acquisition of smart technology entails additional costs for devices that are connected to a PC.
What to buy along with a laptop to make it more comfortable to use, but not spend too much money on useless things?
Before punching a check for many "useful" additions to your laptop, think about the conditions and why you will use it. Maybe you need it for a trip or want to put it at home so that all members of your large family can use it? In each case, the answers will be different.
So, most often it is recommended to purchase for a laptop:
- Mouse. Indeed, a mouse is easier for most of us to use than a touchpad.
- Full-size keyboard. You will really need it if you plan to type a lot of texts. Otherwise, you can do without it. By the way, the keyboard may also be needed for computer games, if it is easier to control the game character by pressing the keyboard buttons.
- Additional memory bar. Many laptop models have an unused slot for installing a RAM bracket. Use it to increase the amount of RAM in your PC and therefore speed up its work.
- Cooling pad. In my opinion, this is not such a necessity. If the laptop is not placed on a bed or a soft thick tablecloth, and if the room where it stands is not dusty, then the PC will not overheat and additional cooling will not be needed.
- Columns. Also not a very useful option. I advise you to buy speakers only for those who need high-quality sound or who lack the volume of the built-in speakers.
- USB flash drive or external hard drive. If you need to be able to take the necessary information in electronic form with you on a trip, then a sufficiently capacious storage for it is a useful acquisition.
- Various "utilities", connected via the USB port. In the store you can find a variety of "toys", more or less useful, that work from the USB port of the PC. Card readers, small bulbs, fans, mini vacuum cleaners, ashtrays, etc. This is not to say that they are completely useless, but you can easily do without them.
