Step 1
Get the 1C program update file. Unzip the received data and make a backup copy. Also, in order to ensure the safety of your work information, create a copy of the database you use in your work. This is necessary because the updated configuration being loaded can negatively affect the operation of the entire system, after which you can lose data, and then the system restore will not even help you to get it back.
Step 2
Run the program in the configurator mode and go to administration. Save the data, indicate in the window that appears, into which directory on your computer you would like to copy the data. Click on add mask, then enter “. / ExtForms / *. *” Without quotes, be sure to save your changes.
Step 3
While in the configurator mode, go to loading the modified configuration in order to install the update files you received into the program. Click on the download button and specify in the window that appears the path to the directory where the data you unzipped.
Step 4
Be sure to check the correctness of the folder you specified, also make sure that you specify not the path to the archive, but to the update files extracted from it. You can do the same if the same version of the program is installed on another computer - just copy the updates to a USB flash drive, having previously checked for viruses.
Step 5
In the event that a professional version of the 1C program is installed on your computer, set the active mode of its loading in the configuration priority parameters. In this case, merging should be done by replacing files. After you update the system, save your results. Remember that it is also necessary to create backup copies of databases in this case, it is also recommended to store them not only on one computer.
