Step 1
Download and install Russian-language files for PhpMyAdmin or an assembly that already has Russian and then replace it in Denver. To download the Russifier for PhpMyAdmin, follow the link
Step 2
Download the multilingual assembly of PhpMyAdmin, for this go to the site https://download.com.np/index.php?option=file&file=238 and click on the Download link. Unzip the downloaded archive, copy the files from the resulting folder. Then go to the folder where the denver build is located. Most likely, it is located at your address: C: / WebServers / home / localhost / www / Tools / PhpMyAdmin. If during installation you changed the default folder, then go to it, paste the copied files there.
Step 3
Start Denver, if you have it running, then restart it for the changes in phpMyAdmin Russification to take effect, then go to the admin panel, open the Actions menu and go to the Display field. Select Russian.

Follow these recommendations if you failed to Russify the PhpMyAdmin interface using the previous methods. Download the file from the link https://nu3on.7je.ru/download/russian-utf-8.inc.zip, unpack the archive to any folder.
Step 5
Then copy all files from it, go to home / localhost / www / Tools / PhpMyAdmin / lang directory. Start or restart PhpMyAdmin, go to "Display" and set the Russian interface language.

Go to the official website of the phpMyAdmin manufacturer, for this, in the browser, paste the link https://www. PhpMyAdmin.net/home_page/downloads.php. Select the multilingual (all languages) version you need and reinstall PhpMyAdmin, if you failed to Russify the existing program using the previous methods.
