You can make textures in Photoshop yourself, and then use them in your future works, which will increase their artistic value.
Necessary
Adobe Photoshop program
Instructions
Step 1
Let's look at an example of creating a seamless texture, which is quite simple to make and which can be used to fill the background. Make a new document in Photoshop, for example, 800 by 800 pic. Fill it with # 80ac4c color.
Step 2
In another document, create a bokeh effect brush. For this, take a large hard brush and choose black. Make a new layer and click in the middle of the document. Use a layer style to give this point a slight outer glow of black. Make the background invisible. In the main menu, go to Edit - Define Brush, give the brush a name and save it. In the main document, press F5 and set the following parameters in the brush settings: Shape dynamics - Size Jitter - 18%, Scatter - Scatter - 790%, Other dynamics - Opacity Jitter - 100%.
Step 3
Take the Brush tool, pick white, and gently make circles on a green background. They should be of different white saturation, let some of them overlap each other.
Step 4
In the main menu, execute the command Filter - Other - Offset. Set the following values: Horizontal + 400, Vertical + 400, check the Wrap Around checkbox.
Step 5
Take a hard brush and pick the color # 80ac4c. Carefully paint over the circles that are unfinished. Leave only whole circles in shape.
Step 6
Select the brush that you made yourself, adjust it as in step # 2 (Shape dynamics - Size Jitter - 18%, Scatter - Scatter - 790%, Other dynamics - Opacity Jitter - 100%). Use short, neat strokes to add circles in the center of the document. Do not let the circles fall on the edge of the square, let them only appear in the center.
Step 7
The seamless texture is ready. You can now reduce it to the desired size in the main menu, execute the command Edit - Define Pattern. Save the new pattern and use it in your work.
