By default, the status of a user of the site "In contact" cannot exceed 160 characters, which causes constant irritation among many fans of this social network. The limitation can be circumvented by editing the source code, which can be done without deep programming knowledge.

Step 1
Press the "Start" button to bring up the main menu of the system and go to the "All Programs" item to launch the Opera browser.
Step 2
Point to Opera and go to the login page of the Vkontakte social network.
Step 3
Enter your username and password to enter the system and open the "View" menu in the upper toolbar of the site window.

Specify the "Source Code" command to switch to view and edit source code.
Alternative ways to view the source code are:
- simultaneous pressing of the keys Ctrl + U;
