Instructions
Step 1
Go to the official Microsoft website by entering its address in the browser window. Select the Windows Live account registration section.

Wait for the page to finish loading and enter the requested data. Enter your name and date of birth in the appropriate boxes on the form. Please enter your active email address. You can also register a new address for your account by selecting the "Register" item on this page.
Step 3
Fill in all the other required data: set your password and enter the code from the picture. Read the terms of the user agreement and privacy statement. To complete the procedure, click the "I Accept" button and wait until you receive a message about successful registration.
Step 4
If in the process of filling out the form you indicated an existing email address, you must confirm it. To do this, go to the email address you specified and click on the link in the letter sent by Microsoft. Wait for the message that your email address was successfully verified. After that, you can enter your username and password on the login page. The registration procedure has been completed.
Step 5
If you lose your password, you can always restore your account. To do this, go to the Microsoft services sign-in page and answer the security question you asked during registration. In the event that you have linked a phone number to your Windows Live ID, you can use it for recovery by selecting the appropriate option. You will receive an SMS with a code on your phone, which you will need to enter in the form indicated on the website.
