Content Advisor in Internet Explorer is a standard browser feature. Disabling this option requires a password, which, in most cases, has long been lost and cannot be recovered. However, it is possible to disable the selected function.
Instructions
Step 1
Click the "Start" button to bring up the main menu of the Microsoft Windows system and go to "Run" to launch the "Registry Editor" tool.
Step 2
Enter regedit in the Open field and click OK to confirm the command.
(It is recommended that you back up the registry keys before applying any changes.)
Step 3
Expand the registry branch
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Policies / Ratings
and call the context menu of the Key by right-clicking.
Step 4
Specify the Delete command and press the Enter softkey to confirm the application of the selected changes.
Step 5
Call the context menu of the. Default subkey and delete it (if the key exists).
Step 6
Launch the Internet Explorer browser and open the "Tools" menu in the upper toolbar of the program window.
Step 7
Specify "Internet Options" and go to "Access Restriction".
Step 8
Select Content and go to the Content tab in the Internet Options dialog box that appears.
Step 9
Click the Disable button in the Access Restriction section and create a new password in the Password field.
Step 10
Confirm the new password value by re-entering the selected value in the Confirm password field and click the OK button to apply the changes.
Step 11
Go to the Allowed Sites tab and enter the address of the required web page in the Allow next site view field.
Step 12
Click the Always button to create an entry in the Allowed and Denied Websites List.
