Instructions
Step 1
Let's start with a sound greeting. Open the start menu.
Step 2
Go to the "Control Panel" and select the "Sound, Speech and Audio Devices" category, and then the "Sounds and Audio Devices" category or, if you have a classic view of the Panel, immediately find this category.
The "Properties: Sounds and Audio Devices" menu appears. In it, select the "Sounds" tab.

In the lower list "Program events" we find and select "Log in to Windows". The Sounds menu becomes active.
Step 4
Press the "Browse" button and find the audio file we need in WAV format. Select it and click "OK". Now it is this sound that will greet you when you boot Windows.
Step 5
Let's change the greeting inscription. Let's open the "Start" menu. Select "Run" and enter "regedit". Click "OK".

This will bring us to the Registry Editor. We should go through the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / Windows NT / CurrentVersion / Winlogon and select the Welcome parameter line. Press the right mouse button, select "Change" and enter your text.
Step 7
From the same folder in the system registry, you can change the Background parameter, which is responsible for the background of the splash screen. You need to introduce a new hue using three RGB components.
