In the program, a picture can be inserted into the user's personal data or attached to a file attached to the message. The image from the recipient's contacts section is not forwarded when sending mail.
Instructions
Step 1
Start Outlook. In the "All folders" list, select the "Contacts" folder, enter it. As a rule, by default, in the window that opens, a line with the name of the user under whose login Outlook is opened will appear on the right. Clicking on any cell in this line will open a folder with user data.
Step 2
The slot for placing a photo is located on the left side of the window next to the name of this contact and is marked with a silhouette icon. In addition, when you move the cursor to this image, the inscription "Add a photo" pops up. Clicking the left mouse button will open the browse window. Select the image and paste it with a double click. To save the image, click the floppy disk image in the upper left corner of the window. When you move the cursor over this icon, the inscription "Save" pops up. You can also save the changes made by pressing "Ctrl + s".
Step 3
If necessary, the added photo can be deleted or replaced with another. When you hover over an image in the contact window, the Edit Picture and Delete Image pop-up menus appear. Select the required action, perform it and save the changes made. To exit the contact window, click the cross in the upper right corner.
Step 4
If you need to send a file with an image via Outlook, create a message and attach an attachment. Clicking on the icon with an image of a paper clip on the toolbar will open a browse window, select the desired file with a mouse click.
Step 5
It is possible to transmit an image from your computer monitor in the message text. Press simultaneously the "Ctrl" and "PrtSc" keys on the fragment for forwarding, then go to Outlook and in the window for the text message, paste the saved image with the right mouse button.
