In the Windows operating system, the user usually logs in without hindrance. But sometimes, due to some failures or accidental change of settings, a window begins to appear when loading, prompting you to enter your username and password. You can remove this window using the standard means of the operating system.

Step 1
Most Windows users do not set a password to log into the system, so the sudden appearance of the authorization window becomes an unpleasant surprise. It is not surprising that the user faced with such a crash begins to look for a way to get rid of the annoying window.
Step 2
To disable the login window, open Control Panel: "Start" - "Control Panel", select "User Accounts". Click the line "Change user logon".

Check the box next to "Use Welcome Page", then click the "Apply Settings" button. Restart your computer, the login window should disappear.

Sometimes it happens that it is impossible to check the box next to "Use the welcome page", because it turns out to be inactive, and the user sees the message: “Client services for NetWare has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall Client Services for NetWare."
Step 5
To correct the situation, open the "Network Connections" in the control panel, find the line "Local Area Connection". Right-click the line and select Properties from the context menu.
Step 6
On the General tab, locate and highlight Client for NetWare Networks in the list, then click the Remove button at the bottom of the window. Confirm all further questions and restart your computer. The line "Use the welcome page" will become active, you can tick it and confirm the changes.
Step 7
To disable the login window, you can use the following option: click "Start" - "Run", enter the command control userpasswords2 and click OK. In the window that appears, select the required user and uncheck the "Require username and password" line. Confirm the changes.
