Quite often it happens that a recently downloaded movie or home video is not of very good quality. As for the first, there is an option to look for another source, but in the second case, you need to try to improve the quality of the video so that watching it is enjoyable, and not suggesting to turn it off as soon as possible.

Step 1
Download Adobe Premiere - Neat Video on the Internet. Install it on your computer to change the video quality. Open the program. Click on the "File" menu item, then select "Open". Find the movie you want to change the quality of. Select it by clicking on it once with the left mouse button and press the "Open" button.

Then apply the Shadow Highlight Tool to the video file. This will lighten the image if it is too dark. To apply this action, in the window that appears, uncheck the automatic parameter Auto amount. Then select the desired values for the Blend with original and Shadow amount parameters.

Adjust the settings until you are satisfied with the contrast and brightness of the image. Then, to improve the quality of the movie, apply the HueSatBright tool as well as the Color Balance. After that, you will notice that the image is much clearer. But don't stop there. The main obstacle to amateur video is noise, which must be eliminated.
Step 4
Find the Neat Video plugin in the program's tools. Start it up. Find the Reduce Noise function among its tools. Then go to the Effect Controls panel. Click on the rectangle icon. Go to settings and click the Auto Profile button.
Step 5
Run the plugin in the noise analysis mode so that it can recognize it and eliminate it efficiently. After the plug-in performs a certain configuration for a specific video frame, evaluate the quality, which is shown as a percentage in the lower right corner of the program.
Step 6
To really change the quality, make sure the value is greater than 70%. To preserve all the fine details of the movie while correcting noise, do the following. Clip preset> Advanced> Remove only hair of weaker noise. Accept all the settings by clicking the Apply button and save the entry.
