Enter in it the data indicated in the banner and click the "get the unlock code" button. Try to enter your options in the banner field.

If the selection of the code did not help, then you will need a special utility. Download Dr. Web CureIt. Install and run it. Activate the system scan process. The program will automatically find and remove files that contribute to the appearance of the banner.
