Study carefully the data on the capabilities of the flash card when purchasing and take one that will work with good speed when exchanging data. Modern usb flash drives write at a speed of 10MB / s, and read data even faster.

There is another important selection criterion - this is size. Of course, this is a matter of taste. Nowadays, there are flash drives from 5-6 centimeters long to the size of a standard SIM card. You need to trust important information with reliable technology.

Buy waterproof and shock-resistant models with a case made of metal or other material that has shock-resistant properties. For example, although miniature flash cards are much more expensive, unfortunately they are easily broken or lost.

Feel free to purchase a USB flash drive in which the USB plug is located in the body and closed with a convenient, well-fastened cap. Another important advantage will be if your device is equipped with a work indicator, thanks to which it becomes immediately clear whether it is possible to remove the memory drive from the computer.

If you want to fully use a flash card, you need to learn how to copy. Copying refers to moving folders and files from one place to another. Place the flash drive into the USB connector of your computer, located on the front panel of the system unit.
Step 6
After a couple of seconds, the computer will find a new source of information. Right-click on the folder or file that you want to transfer to the USB flash drive and click on "Copy" in the list that opens.
Next, open the folder containing the information for the flashcard (usually it is located in the "My Computer" section, then select "Removable Disk" in the list of media), right-click on an empty space and select "Paste". That's all. Now this folder or file is saved both on your computer and on your flash card.
