Step 1
To delete certain data from your computer, you first need to find it. If you know the location of the documents, the deletion procedure will not take much of your time. If you cannot find the files you need, you need to use the document search interface.

Open the "Start" menu, then execute the "Search" command by clicking on the corresponding icon. In the "What do you want to find?" set the necessary parameters for the search, and then click the "Find" button. The system will provide you with a number of documents that will match your specified search criteria.

In the general list, you need to select those files that you want to completely destroy. The very same removal procedure is as follows. Having selected the required documents, right-click on any of them. The File Properties section opens. In this section, you need to execute the command to delete documents by selecting the "Delete" option. Next, you must confirm the deletion by clicking on the "Yes" button.

You can also delete the documents you want without resorting to file properties. To do this, you need to select the fragments to be deleted, and then press the "Delete" button located on the keyboard. In the process of deleting files, you will also have to confirm their deletion by clicking the corresponding button in the action confirmation form.
Step 5
After you delete files from your computer, they will be moved to the trash. From here you can always restore the document you need, which has been deleted. If you want to erase the information completely, empty the trash can by clicking the appropriate button in this folder. Also, emptying the trash can be done through the properties of the folder - click on its shortcut, then run the command "Empty Trash".
