Step 1
QIP programs are one of the few that allow you to be invisible on the network, view other people's profiles "without traces" and see those who viewed your profile. To do this, it is enough to install any version of the program, and the "all-seeing eye" will be enabled by default.
Step 2
You can download the icq client at the following link https://qip.ru/download, if you do not have it yet. On the download page, select the version you want and click on the EXE link. The installation of this program is no different from most of its kind.
Step 3
Start the client by clicking on the program icon located on the desktop or taskbar. In the window that opens, enter your login information: uin (icq number) and password. In the main window of the program (contact list), press the button with the image of a wrench and a screwdriver, or press the menu button and select the "Settings" item.
Step 4
In the client settings window, go to the "Accounts" tab, click the "Configure" button opposite your icq number. In the window that opens, go to the "All-Seeing Eye" tab. In the right part of the window, you can observe the numbers of those users who were interested in your profile. If you have just installed the program, there will be no entries in this add-on window.
Step 5
It is worth noting that in the "all-seeing eye" only views of your number are displayed when you were online. It is impossible to track the time when you are offline. the data is stored on the ICQ server, access to which is always closed.
Step 6
An interesting feature of the new versions of QIP, starting from version 2010, is that the tool displays those who wrote you a message, but could not send it for some reason. It also became available to view the actions that users of other little-known clients have performed. If you do not need the "all-seeing eye" option, check the box next to the "Disable eye" option.
