The main memory stores processes that are running at the very moment. After launching a certain program, it is loaded from the hard disk into RAM. After closing this program, space in the RAM is freed up. A lot of programs can be loaded into RAM when the computer is turned on and the operating system is loaded. The user may not even be aware of their work. Accordingly, you need to remove unnecessary programs from startup. Then the amount of available RAM will be increased.

TuneUp Utilities, a universal utility for diagnosing and optimizing your computer, will help you clean your RAM well. You can download a trial version of the program with a limited validity period for free from the Internet.
Step 3
When you download the program, run it and wait for a complete scan of your computer. After that, the main menu of the program will open. Select "System Optimization", then go to "Disable Programs". The window will display a list of programs. Opposite the programs that are not recommended to be disabled, it will be written "Required by the system". Do not touch these programs.
Step 4
Pay attention to the programs opposite to which it says "Allowed". Study them carefully. You need to disable programs you are not using. To do this, simply move the slider opposite the selected program to the "Off" position. Now disabled programs will not be loaded automatically, and the RAM will be cleared of them. Disabled programs can be started by moving the slider to the "On" position.
