Download the application from the Internet and install it on your computer. After that, open the program using the shortcut that appears on the desktop by double-clicking the left mouse button.

The interface of this application will appear in front of you. It displays the file selection field, the line in which the copying process is visible and some buttons for control (starting copying, selecting settings, turning off the program). Check it out.

Insert your damaged disc into the optical drive and wait for it to load (if it does not boot, then the probability of information recovery is very low). The program will display a list of files that are on it. Select the one you want to restore, then click the Start button. The program will start the process of copying data to your computer.
Step 4
At the end of the work, File Salvage will notify you about this - the copying process will reach 100%. The downloaded copy will be located in the folder where the program was installed. If you initially did not change the installation location of the program, then it will be located in the Program Files section of the operating system.
