There are tabs under the browser toolbar. More and more are opened as necessary. In order not to get confused in unnecessary tabs, you can remove unnecessary ones. This is done using a mouse or keyboard.

Step 1
The first way is with the keyboard. Expand the tab you want to close and press ctrl + w at the same time. The tab will disappear instantly.
Step 2
The second way is with the mouse. Hover over the unnecessary tab, click on the cross in the right corner of the tab. The tab is closed.
Step 3
You can close it through the "file" menu: select the "close tab" command. It is done.
