Left 4 dead is a creepy world of zombies and bloodthirsty mutants, in which your character will not only have to survive, but also complete a rather difficult mission (the game belongs to a kind of Survival strategy genre).
The plot of the game is quite traditional both for games of this kind and for the corresponding films: an invincible virus divided humanity into millions of zombies mad with thirst for blood and a handful of survivors, whom the game of chance made immune to infection. The latter are fired from the former of all types of weapons, compensating for the numerical superiority of the zombies with firepower, speed and coordination of actions. The artificial intelligence that controls the game situation is able to react to the skill level of the players, changing the pace of movement of the zombies, the places from where they appear, etc. in such a way that the game remains both feasible and interesting. There are versions for both personal computers and Xbox 360 consoles.
It is much more pleasant to cope with the difficult task of survival in a scary and dangerous environment in a friendly company than to wander through the abandoned back streets alone. To play left 4 dead online, use one of the following methods:
Method one:
- Download the steaminstall.msi setup file (https://steampowered.com/download/SteamInstall.msi)
- Create a profile on Steam (if you already have a profile, of course, you can skip this step)
- Select Games - Add a non-Steam game
- Click Browse, select the run_l3d.exe file and add it
- Download patch rev_patch_144, copy it to Left4Deadbin folder
- Using the patch, you need to open the engine.dll file. To do this, take engine.dll with the mouse and simply drag and drop it onto the rev_patch.exe file.
- Launch the game via Steam.

- Create a profile on Steam, add the game in the same way as in the first method.
- Log into Steam and minimize it.
