The choice of a manufacturer is purely a matter of taste and a topic for conversation about specific machine configurations.

Install "gaming" assemblies of operating systems. The fact is that a modern OS is designed for many different uses and therefore contains a lot of unnecessary and frankly unnecessary internal processes. There are many special variants of Windows, in which the number of "unnecessary" things is minimized, and overall performance is improved by 1.5-2 times (for example, the minimum assembly of Windows XP takes only 60 MB).

Optimize your system with additional programs. There are a lot of "accelerators" and "optimizers", many of which are designed specifically for working with games. They will allow you to clean up RAM, free up space on your hard drive and, in general, make your PC much more productive. Also, remember to regularly defragment your hard drive.

The computer can be overclocked. By increasing the supply of current to the central processor and changing some other indicators, you are using the strategic power reserve laid down by the hardware developers. At the same time, the PC will become an order of magnitude more warm (obviously, you will have to install a different cooling system) and run the risk of failing altogether - however, with a successful overclocking, the system performance will increase by several points without any costs on your part. However, it is worth resorting to this method only under the guidance of a knowledgeable person.
