Due to the fact that 3G Internet services are provided by mobile operators, then the balance check should be carried out using the means they offer. One of the easiest ways is to use a personal account on the operator's website, for access to which you need to enter the number of the SIM card installed in the tablet. When using Megafon, you can simply go to its website using a tablet and the balance will be indicated at the top of the screen.
Another common way is to use special widget applications such as piBalance, which can be downloaded from the play market or another source. This program itself displays the balance for the desired operator on the screen of the device. The use of such widgets is very convenient as it does not require any additional steps. However, some programs may not work with some operators, most often problems arise with Beeline.
Also, any operator has a service that allows you to find out the balance on SIM-cards of relatives and friends. For Megafon and Beeline, for example, it is called "Balance of Close", and for MTS - "Balance of a Friend". It can be connected to your cell phone number and from it you can find out the balance of funds on the SIM card of the tablet.
If none of these methods are available, you can simply remove the SIM card from the tablet modem and insert it into your cell phone, and then send a USSD request to check the available means. For MTS and Megafon, USSD can be sent by dialing * 100 #, and for Beeline * 102 #. After that, an SMS message with the balance will be sent to the phone. The SIM card can then be returned to the tablet.
