Step 1
Go to the mouse settings. There will be a control point for mouse inversion (enable / disable). Press the inversion off button. In the same way, you can turn on inversion by adjusting it along the X and Y axes (move the corresponding sliders to the right). If the inversion appeared suddenly, then roll back the system (backup) to the time when, in your opinion, there was no inversion.

Try to remove the mouse through the manager. Then clean up the registry with Ccleaner or something stronger. Restart your computer and reconnect / install the mouse. Then it should start working from scratch and without any inversion.
Step 5
Download and reinstall the driver for your mouse. Also, the problem may lie in the simplest thing - if you have a wireless mouse, then the batteries could simply run out in it, which affected the correctness of its operation. Go to the start menu / settings / control panel. There select Mouse and the "Buttons" tab. It is quite possible that there is a checkmark next to the item "for left-handers". If it is there, check the box next to "right-handed" and the inversion will disappear (or vice versa, if you are left-handed). Some games have a special feature to disable inversion.
