Having prepared everything you need for work, you can start restoring the BIOS. On a running computer, create an emergency diskette with one of the provided utility. On it you need to write a dump of the BIOS, which has bios.wph. You should have three files written, and only these: MINIDOS. SYS, PHLASH16. EXE and BIOS. WPH. The laptop battery must be disconnected. Then plug in your USB drive.
Step 3
Insert the recorded floppy disk. Press the two keys to be selected for initialization. The process of reading information from the floppy disk will begin. It will take a little time. Then wait for the laptop to shut down. Next, enable it. The download process will begin. If this process is completed with an error, then you will have to go into the BIOS, reset all settings using the F9 key.
Step 4
You can do it differently. Download Crysis disc online. Take a USB stick and write the downloaded file to it. Download the BIOS archive that will fit your laptop model. Write down the same thing on a USB flash drive. Next, insert it into your laptop. Run the files you need. Click Start. Remove the laptop battery. Connect the USB flash drive and press Fn and Esc at the same time. Without releasing them, plug in power and turn on your laptop. After a couple of minutes, the recovery process will complete.
