Step 1
Unplug the laptop from the power, remove the main battery (battery), which is located on the back of the laptop. Turn the laptop over to remove the battery. Use a screwdriver to smoke out all the screws that secure the cover to the back of the laptop. You will see a part of the motherboard, processor and cooling system. We are looking for a small round-shaped power supply. If not, then we continue to disassemble further.
Step 2
Remove the remaining screws to remove the entire back of the laptop. The rest of the motherboard and hard drive will appear in front of you. If there is no battery here, then we proceed to disassemble the front of the laptop.
Step 3
Open the laptop, move the monitor as far as possible to form a 180-degree angle. Remove the top small panel, which usually contains the power buttons and indicators. Now you need to remove the keyboard using any thin and sharp object. Some keyboards are secured with screws. Disconnect the cables that go to the monitor and keyboard, remove the aluminum plate. If there was no battery there, then there is one more option.
Step 4
Remove the hard drive and drive, as a rule, this will be the last location of the battery that was hiding. An old battery can be removed with a thin and sharp object. Replace the old battery with a new one. Reassemble your laptop in reverse order. If after assembling the laptop you have any parts left, you will have to disassemble it again, because assembly means returning each part to its place.
