Instructions
Step 1
Check your system for viruses with any reliable antivirus program. It must be installed on your computer if you do not have it. Run the "scan" mode and wait while the antivirus scanner checks your computer. You can download such programs for free on the Internet. After the program detects virus files, select the options "Disinfect" or "Delete infected file".
Step 2
Remove viruses using the AVZ utility. You can also download it for free on the Internet. In the folder where you unpacked the program, run the avz.exe file. In the program window select the commands: "File - Database update - Start". As soon as the databases are updated, click the "Close" button.
Step 3
Select the checkboxes for hard drives and flash drives (if you need to check them) on the "Search area" tab. Select the item - "Perform treatment". In the first 4 lines select "Delete", in the last but one "Disinfect", and in the last one - "Delete". Check the box "Copy suspicious files to Infected and Quarantine".
Step 4
Click the File Types tab. Of the three test options: very long, just long and fast, choose any, but "very long" is preferable, as it is more reliable.
Step 5
Click the Search Options tab. Move the Heuristic Analysis slider up and select Advanced Analysis. Below, check the items "Block the operation of the RootKit User-Mode program", as well as the program - RootKit Kerner-Mode.
Step 6
Even below, check the boxes next to the items "Automatic correction of errors in SPI / LSP" and "Search for TCP / UDP ports", and, in addition, check the item "Search for keyboard interceptors".
Step 7
Click the AVZGuard button (located next to "File", "Service", etc.), then select - Enable AVZPM and AVZGuard, check the item "Install driver for advanced process monitoring". Press the "Start" button and wait for the end of the check.
Step 8
After removing the viruses with the AVZ program, click the AVZPM button and select "Remove and Unload Advanced Process Monitoring Drivers". Next "File" - "Exit" and restart your computer.
