Step 1
Use a network hub when you do not need to provide computers with Internet access. Purchase this equipment and install it in an accessible location. Connect the hub to AC power. Prepare the required number of network cables.

Connect computers to a network hub. Turn on these PCs. Use static IP addresses for easy exchange of information between computers. Open the Network and Sharing Center. Select the Change adapter settings menu.
Step 3
Right-click on the icon of the network card that is connected to the hub. Select the Internet Protocol TCP / IPv4 and click the Options button. Activate the "Use the following IP address" function by checking the box next to it. In the next field, enter the permanent IP of this network card. Click the "OK" button to save the settings. After defining a new network, select "Homegroup".
Step 4
Change the settings for the network adapters of other computers and laptops in the same way. Create shared network resources. Open the My Computer menu and locate the folder for which you want to change the sharing settings. Click on it with the right mouse button and select "Sharing". In the menu that expands, select the Homegroup (Read / Write) option and select Share Objects.
Step 5
Follow this algorithm for all required directories and files. If a specific computer is not visible on the network, then open the control panel and go to the "Network and Internet" menu. Open the Network and Sharing Center menu. Select Change Advanced Sharing Options.
Step 6
Activate the "Turn on network discovery" and "Turn on file and printer sharing" items. Save the network parameter settings.
