1C is a well-known Russian software company. 1C accounting and content packages (1C: Accounting and 1C: Bitrix) are very popular among specialists. The latter are often faced with the task of entering documents into 1C systems.
Instructions
Step 1
To add a printed document with a signature to the "1C: Accounting" program, scan it and select the "Add new document" line in the "File" menu. Upload the file to 1C and save the changes.
Step 2
Assign the uploaded document to one of the 1C categories. To do this, open the context menu of the document, select "Save As". In this case, a drop-down window will open in which you can select the type of the entered document: "Account", "Statement", "Posting", "Agreement", etc. Also, you can immediately attach it to a specific deal if it has already been opened. To exchange documents, select the "Document flow" item in the "Service" section and tick the required enterprises.
Step 3
To enter documents into the 1C: Bitrix content management system (CMS), go to the panel as an administrator, writer or editor (for this you need the appropriate "rights" - the issued login and password). All files that are on sites managed by CMS "Bitrix" must be uploaded to the server through the file control panel. You can find it in the main menu of the CMS. Go to the "Manage sites" menu, select "Add new files and folders".
Step 4
It is possible to check all files with the built-in anti-virus system, for this, immediately after uploading the file, press the blue "Check" button located next to its icon.
