If you want to remove the keyboard on a laptop for cleaning, replacement or something else, but you are afraid to harm the laptop or simply do not know how, then carefully read the following article.
Necessary
- - Phillips screwdriver
- - flat screwdriver
- - knife
Instructions
Step 1
Turn off your laptop. Cut off the power and turn it over. You need to remove the battery. To do this, move the lock button to the upper position (open lock). Then push back the battery lift button until it stops, after which it will rise. Now take it out.
Step 2
Flip the laptop over, open it and lower the screen as far as possible. Now you need to detach the socket above the keyboard. Start to pry it on the left side, so as not to hurt the loop from the lights and the button. If it turned out to pry with a knife, then further disconnect everything with a screwdriver. Be very careful when prying off the power button. There is a microcircuit and a loop. When you have completely unhooked all the fasteners, you need to disconnect the cable (this is done for convenience, you do not need to disconnect it). To disconnect the ribbon, you need to move the brown (or black) latch and then gently pull on the ribbon.
Step 3
We removed this panel only because of two bolts. They are located above the buttons (on the keyboard) F5 and F11. Unscrew them. On the sides, the keyboard is held by snaps. Better to pry them off with a screwdriver. Then pull the keyboard up and it will detach. It remains to disconnect the loop.
