The fifth part of the world famous computer saga The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim in a few days after the release became one of the most popular and best-selling games. In the first year after release, over 10 million copies were sold. However, many players have not fully learned all the intricacies of the game. One of these subtleties is the enchanting system.
Necessary
- - enchanted weapon;
- - Pentagram of Souls;
- - charged soul stone;
- - not enchanted weapon.
Instructions
Step 1
Find the Pentagram of Souls, on which all enchanting operations are carried out. You will encounter the first such Pentagram during the main storyline in Whiterun. From a nearby mage, you can buy (or steal) both empty and charged soul stones.
Step 2
In order to learn the enchantments that you want to put on weapons, you will have to destroy a thing already enchanted by someone on the Pentagram of Souls. This is done in the "Remove enchantment" section of the interface. By clicking there you will see a list of all magic items that can be destroyed. Please note that items, the enchantment with which you already know, will be highlighted in gray. Please note that enchanting armor is not suitable for enchanting weapons, and vice versa.
Step 3
In the item of the interface of the Pentagram "Item" select the weapon on which you want to enchant. In the item "Enchanting", indicate the spell obtained earlier by destroying magic weapons. Finally, in the "Stone of Souls" section, you will need to select a charged stone with which the item will be enchanted. The larger the stone, the stronger the effect will be.
Step 4
Enchantments that can be applied to weapons:
- damage by cold, fire or electricity;
- damage to magic or stamina;
- absorption of health or magic;
- paralysis;
- fear, scaring away the undead;
- capture of souls.
For more powerful enchantments, try equipping yourself with armor with a bonus to enchantment and drinking a potion with the same bonus.
Step 5
Any enchantments on weapons are consumable, that is, the enchantment will have a limited number of charges. To reload your weapon, you will need to select a discharged item in your inventory. The "Charge" button will become active in the interface, after pressing which a menu for selecting a soul stone will appear, which is used for recharging.
