In fact, these resources can be increased by changing the appropriate settings of the video adapter or by using tweaking programs that change the frequency of the equipment.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the Riva Tuner tweaker software from the manufacturer's official website. Install it following the instructions of the installation wizard. This program increases the frequency of the core and RAM of the card.
Step 2
Open the installed program. In the main window that appears, select the "Driver Settings" menu, click on the button indicating the driver version. You will see a dropdown menu. Click in it on the icon with the image of the video card. Enter the new frequency values. Be very careful when doing this. To check the results, use the "Test" button. If at the same time on the monitor there will be no noticeable artifacts and other defects in the operation of the card, click on the application and save the results.
Step 3
Change the graphic settings in the game menu, in particular, it concerns filtering. Bilinear means the imposition of textures on a 3D object - this avoids abrupt color transitions in the picture of the game. Mip-mapping simply increases the performance of the video card in the game, which improves the image quality. Trilinear filtering combines both of these points. Anisotropic allows you to smooth image lines of inclined surfaces and diagonal lines.
Step 4
In the video card control panel, configure the configuration of the adapter driver. The main thing here is to find a balance between performance and quality, because when you increase the number of played frames per second, the speed of operations of the device slows down.
Step 5
Change your graphics card settings to match each application or game. To do this, in the menu item "Change 3D settings" go to the application settings tab. Adjust the adapter according to your requirements for the picture quality and performance of each game.
