Step 1
Install the program to work in the provider's network. The most used are StrongDC ++, FlylinkDC ++ and ApexDC ++. Many ISPs include them on their network preference discs because these programs are free.
Step 2
Run the installed program and activate the "Settings" tab. By default, there are standard settings for receiving files and sending them to the network. Both the download speed and the performance of the entire system depend on these parameters.

In the menu that appears, the main parameters are located on the right. More accurate information about each of them is displayed on the left. Select the section responsible for uploading files (another name - upload slots). A section will open on the left, in which you need to manually set the values to reduce the upload of files from the user's computer.
Step 4
On the Hub of the provider, we specify the minimum value of the recoil slots. We write the / fav command in the line and get acquainted with the rules for the hub's clients. Set the minimum value in the settings in the "Recoil slots" column. We set the value "zero" in the column "Open an additional slot if the speed is below a certain value of KB / s". In the column "Maximum number of open slots" we also indicate the minimum value allowed by the provider. Click OK and check the settings in practice.
Step 5
We activate the "search" function in the program and enter the name of a movie or a famous piece of music, video. In the list of users that appears, select anyone and click "Download". A download indicator will appear at the bottom of the program, indicating the time until the end of the download. After a while, another indicator will appear - the download of the downloaded file back to the exchange network. The numerical characteristics of the recoil will also be available for analysis to the user. Upload speed should be much slower than upload speed.
