Step 1
To change any template, first of all, you need to download it to your personal computer. Such files are usually stored in archives, as they contain several folders, each of which has its own directories and files. Unzip all content to your computer desktop. Next, you need to find the folder that contains the template pictures. Almost all templates contain a header of one or two pictures. Usually the logo of a picture is called a logo. The picture format can be different, so you should not focus on this. Also, do not forget that you must have at least standard software installed to view graphic files.

Find a folder in the archive called Image. Certain templates are set for each engine. For example, for the DLE engine, the logo can be found in the Images DLE folder. Create your own picture, the size of which will exactly match the original, which is located in the template folder. Next, copy the created file to the archive and replace the old one with the new file.

Go to the hosting where your site is located. Copy all template files to the appropriate directory. Next, check how the site is displayed in different browsers. If there are any errors, correct them immediately. Also, make sure that the header of the template and the rest of the graphics are in harmony with each other. Try other variants of pictures created in any of the graphic editors. You can ask on the forums to create a full-fledged logo for the template, but you will have to pay a certain amount.
